🔁 Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
📩 How to Request a Return

Send an email to support@sissipurebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item back to our facility in Guangzhou, China using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay) within 7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sissipurebeauty.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging for our reference. We’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
